2020年10月5日沙乌地人力资源暨社会发展部(Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development)部长Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi宣佈，将沙化若干资通讯科技部门工作(localize the communication and information technology professions)，盼为私部门创造9,000个就业机会。

　　适用范围为5人(及5人以上)之资通讯科技公司，包括程式开发(application development)、程式设计与分析(programming and analysis)以及技术支援(technical support)等。
